Praticamente è il ripieno dei cioccolatini, è quello strato che ricopre alcune torte e che te le fa amare.
Ma ganache in francese significa anche sciocco o maldestro, perché tutto sommato è anche bello, oltre ad essere buoni, non prendersi troppo sul serio.
