We make a slow natural leavening braid, made up of layers of leavened dough and puff pastry. The brioche dough is enriched with top quality sultanas. The typical braid shape is handmade and finished with sugar and almond grains.
NOTICE: we bake our leavened products on Thursdays. The shipment will always start with your freshly baked kranz, but you may have to wait a few days depending on when your order arrives and depending on availability. For any information, do not hesitate to contact us. Thanks for understanding.

Ingredients: type "00" soft WHEAT flour, butter (MILK), EGG yolk, sugar, sultanas, sourdough (contains WHEAT). In the topping: ALMONDS, granulated sugar. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF OTHER NUTS, SOYA.
