There's everything in here: cocoa, cocoa beans and chocolate chips. The muscovado sugar used in the processing gives these biscuits a unique aroma and a crunchy but not dry texture.
Delicious in cold milk for a comfort food snack, they also pair perfectly with tea (Earl grey, rooibos, green tea with mint...) if you want a biscuit to offer during a more refined break.

Ingredients: type 00 soft WHEAT flour, butter (MILK), dark chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SIOA lecithin, flavourings), muscovado cane sugar, EGGS, cocoa grué, cocoa powder, yeast (disodium diphosphate E450i and sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, starch), salt.
Packaged in plastic jar with screw cap.
